TxtOrder’s services have been designed from the outset to be available as separate mobile marketing and SMS advertising services or to be combined to provide a powerful suite of services to give a seamless and natural customer experience.

Taking the Berkeley Homes housing development at the Royal Arsenal in Woolwich as an example – a home buyer responds to a simple promotion they see on the site hoardings by texting Royal to 60030.

A text message is returned instantly, asking the home buyer if they would like to receive more information by email or via the post.

TxtOrder’s system automatically sends out an email and notifies Berkeley Homes (a brochure is mailed out if postal address details are provided by the customer).

The email contains images of the development, details of the specifications, contact details, directions and, of course, links through to the Royal Arsenal web site.

At the same time, a confirmation text message is sent back to the home buyer with a Mobile Internet link - enabling the customer to see pictures of the Royal Arsenal development, view interior shots of the apartments, check the specifications, pricing, availability and note the contact details… there and then on their mobile phone. From this Mobile Internet site, home buyers can also initiate a call to the Royal Arsenal Sales Team and even forward the details to a friend.

Within 24 hours, the Sales Consultants at Royal Arsenal make an outbound courtesy call to the home buyer to see if any further help can be provided.

Using standard opt-in processes, the Marketing Team at Royal Arsenal use the customer data provided to build a Mobile Marketing database. When new phases of the Royal Arsenal development are released – or if special terms become available - text messages are sent to prospective home buyers enabling them to keep up to date with breaking news.
