Steve Almond, CEO
Steve became the CEO of TxtOrder in August 2002. With solid experience of the financial services market he previously specialised in e-commerce payments, marketing and retail banking at Barclays Bank plc. Prior to joining TxtOrder, Steve was Head of Commercial Development in the e-commerce division of Barclaycard. He was responsible for the launch of the UK’s first on-line shopping mall, BarclaySquare, and the UK’s first Bank owned Internet payment system, ePDQ.

Peter Deacon, IT Director
Peter is one of TxtOrder's co-founders and is a highly experienced and competent software developer. In his role as IT Director, Peter maintains responsibility for the ongoing development of the TxtOrder information and payment systems.

Andrew Dixon, Co-Founder & Director
Andrew co-founded TxtOrder plc in August 2001 and is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the business. Having originated the TxtOrder concept, Andrew has been key in creating a fully mobile commerce application and driving the business forward. Andrew has a strong background in the manufacturing and distribution industry and also has significant experience in the specialised field of microbiology.

Roy Dixon, Director
Roy co-founded TxtOrder plc in 2001 and has considerable experience in all aspects of managing a Company. Roy spent 12 years as a practising solicitor - specialising in Commercial and Development law before becoming Managing Director of a major house building company that became the largest private house building company in the UK, prior to its sale in 1986.

Allan Douglas, Director
A co-founder of TxtOrder plc, Allan is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a full member of the Market Research Society and a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing. Allan is highly experienced in the management of projects involving the collection, processing and computer management of information.
